Ingredients:
2-4lb Roast (top round or bottom round).
1/4 to 1/2 cup vegetable oil (you want to cover the roast and have it come up about a quarter of an inch on the sides).
1/8 to 1/4 cup soy sauce (if you only use 1/4 cup oil, use 1/8th a cup of soy)
Garlic powder (cover the entire roast).
Directions:
1. Cook at 425 for 15 minutes.
2. Lower to 350 and cook 20 minutes per pound for medium-rare or 25 minutes per pound for medium-well.
3. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before carving.
