The easiest recipe that everyone will love. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:
egg 2 st
flour 250 -300 g
vinegar 9% 1tablespoen
---------------------------
frying oil 300 ml
powdered sugar
Recipe:
Mix 2 eggs
with 250g sifted flour.
Add flour in parts.
Mix the mass with vinegar.
Knead the dough well until smooth.
Wrap in cling film
and leave for 15 minutes.
Knead the dough again.
Divide into 2 parts.
Roll out 2 mm thick.
2-3 mm thick.
300-400 ml of oil heat well!!
Fry in hot oil for 1 min.
Sprinkle finished cookies with powdered sugar to taste!
