I've just made these! Love them! The amount of sugar is perfect, I don't like cookies which take a lot of sugar. I made five cookies using a big ice cream scoop, and my oven is very outdated, so I had to bake them for 19 minutes at 200 degrees celcius. I also put a second baking sheet under the one the cookies are in, to prevent the bottoms from burning. Thank you, and greetings from Brazil!

Fiz hoje e ficou extremamente gostoso! Eu não usei nozes e o resultado foi delicioso. Deixou duas dicas para quem tem pouca experiência em cozinha como eu: - Acho que 1h dentro do freezer é muito tempo. Ficou muito congelado e difícil de manipular assim que saiu. - Eu não pré aqueci o forno. Então precisei deixar uns 25min no formo para ficar pronto. Depois deixei 10min descansando e botei na grelha para esfriar. Mas não resistimos e comemos assim mesmo! Sensacional.

No hay que meter la masa en el congelador sino en el frigorífico… por eso te quedó tan dura haha… Y siempre es mejor precalentar el horno para que hornee bien la masa, eso es un básico de la repostería

I just made cookies according to this recipe. Well, I can say that the recipe is quite easy and if you don't have a lot of time or skills, feel free to use it. But to clarify, it's more like a cake than a cookie. But it's still very tasty. I made not 4 servings but 8, baked for 14 minutes.

Made these and they're fantastic -I got 9 rather than 4 and they were still certainly big enough so I endorse doing that if you want large but slightly less meal-size bikkies. I honestly love the texture of them, perfectly soft and fluffy without being cake-y. Thank you for the recipe!!

Contaré mi experiencia con la receta😅 -Yo use un poco mas aguada la mantequilla (usé margarina, que es mantequilla vegetal)y la masa me quedó de igual forma más aguada que a la del video, me había asustado pensé que ya no iba a quedar bien la verdad xd - yo utilicé cualquier chocolate de la tienda porque no quería buscar otro y ese ya tenia maní incluido(no creo que sea necesario agregar la misma cantidad de chocolate,es cuestiónde gustos), lo dejé congelar casi 2 hrs e hice 6 galletas de 80 gr y los hornee a 190 c y en mi caso lo tuve que dejar 30 minutos porque cuando los hornee por primera vez los dejé 20 por miedo a que estén crudos pero a la hora de enfriar estaban muy suaves así que los metí otros 10 minutos - para ser galletas más pequeñas a las del video la verdad si te dejan satisfecho, están muy ricas❤😊

I made one batch with this recipe, and it's successful! Thank you! Note : - I didn't rest it in the freezer and bake them immediately and it worked for me 👍 (edit, I think you should still rest them even if it's not in the freezer, just do it in the room temperature. I learned from baking for the third time, the first batch which going to the oven didn't spread as much as the second batch) - I scoop it with a tablespoon and I ended up with 15 cookies. - I skipped vanilla extract and the nut, only with chochochips.

@@konodiodaaa. Hi, I used an oven which have to be put on top of a stove, and using a medium to small fire. I baked for 18 minutes to get the cookies crispier. I hope that helps

A very big thank you! ((: The first recipe I’m trying from this account. They’re perfect! I make mine smaller. They don’t get too flat probably because of the oven but I love them this way. I also go for 8 minutes top and bottom then 3 minutes only the bottom, 170 C. Tried baking many batches this week. Absolutely perfect every time!

They are awesome! I made 3 cookies recapies already, and this one is really great. I made them with cocoa powder (because i had no choclate at home 🥹) and nuts and they turned to be delicious! I'll definitely try them in their classic version too 😄 PS. From the dough I made 9 smaller cookies, but the size of them was okay too 😉.

Right, so I made these as written yesterday and they turned out great, but they didn't spread much and were very cake-y. IF you're after something chewier you need to: - use baking SODA (aka, bicarb soda in my neck of the woods), not baking powder - find some way to scale down the amount of egg

Thank you for this info because I have been testing recipes for a cookie that does not, again - does not spread. So I will test this version as listed with just baking powder. However, I did test a recipe yesterday that used only baking soda and it spread more than I expected. But then, there are so many variable to consider.

The only cookies recipe that I tried turns out so well. I follow the recipe but mix white sugar & brown sugar and didn’t add hazelnut. Works wonderful to me❤ oh and just don’t overmix the batter coz if not it will be too liquid (not firm)

OMG, the cookies were by far the tastiest we've ever had. They hit it off straight away. I weighed 30 grams of each ball, resulting in 12 cookies that were the perfect size and the sin was on the hip. But whatever, it was worth it. So for those who say it doesn't stretch when it's in the oven. The secret is in baking powder, put 1-2 grams more, and a little more butter, necessarily to sit for 1 hour in the refrigerator and as soon as you remove from the refrigerator, form the balls and put in the oven, so they will stretch. Or use baking soda rather than baking powder, this makes the cookies only rise slightly and spread out, baking powder tends to make them cook like cakes rather than cookies.

Mine didn't spread out either. It rose up and stayed puffy and pale. Don't know what went wrong. I'm wondering if baking powder was meant to ve baking soda

@@christophermatos7064 mine didn't spread either! it was pale, round like how I shaped it, and if anything the bottom got super brown! does baking soda really make that much of a difference? or maybe it's the pan and whether or not the oven is convection? :(

@Lin-nf8cf That sounds like exactly what mine looked like! I posted it on a baking subreddit and they said it could've been a bunch of things, differences in the country's butter, baking powder instead of baking soda, Japan has smaller eggs, ect.. Either way, they look delicious but I can't trial and error 5 different things that it could be out of the way. If you have any leftover dough like I did though, you can make smaller cookies and smoosh them down and they're pretty passable!

AWESOME RECIPE! Though, I swapped the chocolate and hazel nuts for white-chocolate, diced Carolina-Reaper morsels and blueberries. Because, MY patented recipe-modification not only adds a surprisingly delicious shock-value to cookies, ..But it seems to also chemically-eliminate the rate of cookie-evaporation that occurs within any tightly sealed container left alone for more than 6-8 hours.

Recipe is great. I just baked the cookies and it turned out super amazing. I did add marshmallows in the middle tonsome of ilthe cookies n some with french sea salt on top n it turned out amazing with the nuts and chocolate. Made smaller ones so have a few left in the fridge n will bake it tomorrow to see the outcome after chilling it overnight.

This recipe is so good and easy to make! I did everything in a bowl with a spatula, like what was shown in the video. No extra work like melting butter or using electric mixer. Cookies taste great! Thank you 🍪

For my fellow Americans: 7 tablespoons unsalted butter 6 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg Vanilla extract 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 3.5 ounces chocolate + 0.7 ounces 1/4 cup chopped nuts Bake at 375°F for 13 to 14 minutes

@tub1960 I used the Toll House recipe, but I substituted Splenda Sugar,Splenda Magic Baker Brown Sugar, Swerve Zero Sugar Semisweet Chocolate Chips. I just bought the Hersey's Zero Sugar Semisweet Chocolate Chips yesterday and haven't tried them yet, but I am going to for my kid brother.

I did it a second time with a bit more sugar(100g) because I don't like cookies that aren't sweet enough, I know Japanese are used to eat desserts with very little sugar and I think that is very healthy but I still prefer my cookies sweet enough :9

The type of sugar you used is important so it's also important to mention the type in the recipe list. You did not used refined white sugar which is the default in American recipes unless stated otherwise. It looks like Raw sugar was used here, maybe turbinado

This isn't clickbait, these are actually the best chocolate chip cookies in the world!! Me and my mom were speechless when we tasted them. The soft texture, the melted chocolate aarghh... just pure perfection! (I left out the nuts, made 12 small cookies and baked them for 14 minutes.)
