Take same amount of talent and put it into totally different circumstances and we’ve got you two. To me you sound the best when you play together. But I would love to see a colab where you are together live and just compare techniques. Davie could use someone to pull him out of his comfort slap zone and experiment a little. Every time he threw bit of tap or even rare harmonics into a song it sounded beautiful. We need more of that. You would be great for that job. And he seems to be that kind of a guy who gets better with every new technique. God, you two could change the world! It’s a shame you’ll never gonna see this but just in case you do, I’ll leave it out here. Here’s to new Victor Wooten and uh, whoever Davie resembles the most! 😊

Firstly.....Love your Bass tone! Especially for the Ida take. 🔥 The Ida Nielsen solo has a nice sexy slow groove, but I sometimes feel Ida (slightly) overdoes it with the ghost triplet action. Don’t get me wrong, I dig triplets.... and that is really picking at straws because she is a gun player! But the Davie504 groove is always on point, and the combination of slap and finger is nice. And yes, his tone is usually pretty tasty too! Nice work! 👏 😎 👌
