Hi Tara, great video, and re: the "work management" license, now it's clear one can't have the "emails and activities" aspect that had been in work management. I've got lots built out, in work management... I'm not very happy re: what Monday has done here, leaving no feature still in place for those aspects if you have a Work Management license. I have users on CRM and Work Management but for different jobs / different functions... is the only solution to just move everything to a "CRM" license? Does it seem they are really wanting it to be just CRM re: the platform?

Hi, so yes there have been a number of changes within the monday.com structure. As far as I know, if you have the CRM, you should also have the emails and activities in Work management. If that is not the case, you can reach out to monday.com support or you really can move everything just to the CRM.

Thanks and so glad you enjoyed this. I do want to preface my reply with stating that my opinion here is based on what I know today. This is something that has been changing so my answer may be different in a couple of month ;-). You certainly can work with both, just check if the pricing makes sense for you. Meaning it may be cheaper to just be on one product. For sure you can move all of your boards over to the CRM and they should work fine. I do NOT think that monday wants everything on the CRM, meaning as far as I know that is not their strategy. I think they will continue to build out each product with unique features so you need to see what features you need and then which product has it. I hope that helps!
