Hi, sure, I am assuming you mean what an example of a high level vs a low level board would be? You can use it to track expenses, like a low level board would be your expenses by month and then you can have a high level board of all your expenses by year. You can also have a high level overview board of your projects and then low level boards of all your projects. Does that help?

Hi there, we add this structure to our Monday. Now we have the problem that we have more then 20 projects, so it will not connect any more beceause it reach the maximum. Is there a solution for this? A an other structure maybe?

Hi! So you have a few options here. Firstly I would see if you really need this structure. For example many people separate each client or project on a different board but is this something that you really need? Can you combine everything into 1 board and just use a label to track the project or client and then use filtering to find what you need? Another option would be to have 2 high level boards and then you can have 20 board connected to each, and then roll that up to another board, so basically you have a high, mid and low level board. You can also upgrade into enterprise version where you get 60 boards that can connect to one board. Contact us and we will be happy to help you get set up with upgraded to enterprise. Really confusing instructions! How do we create a high level board that is connected to multiple low level boards (projects)?

I am sorry if this was not clear to you. Let me write out the steps for you to create a high level board that links to a number of low level board. 1. Create your high level board 2. Create all of your low level boards 3. In the high level board, add a connected board column. When you add the column you can choose which board you want to connect to. Choose the low level boards that you want to connect. If you would like to see the information in the high level and low level board, then you need to make a 2 way sync (its a check box), if not then leave the checkbox blank. 4. Hit connect (blue button) 5. If you go to your low level boards, you should now see a new connected board column that is connected to your high level board. Does this make it more clear?

But when I opened high-level board there was not a coloumn of "Link to low-lwvwl board" was showing, whereas in your computer this particular column has appeared automatically in low-low level board. at 2:00 u said "as u can see this column popped up her" it doesn't popped up here Please clarify

Hi tara. Trying to do this, but its not workong. When linking multiple boards on to the high level board, the high level line items (low level projects) cant be linked to just one low level board. It connects every low level board to every line item

Hi, I think I undestand what you are saying - in the connected board column, you are connected to a lot of low level boards but in each line item, you can decide what item you want to connect to on what board. Are the items not conencting?
