Just awesome stuff here, coach. banger just like the neck video. I am currently doing armour building and i have a question. When do I know im too early for the neck bridge iso holds? I do the bands just fine but i feel the bridges are a leap too far, even with helping hands feels hard(not impossible) specially the lateral bridge, i cant seem to lift off with the knee. Asking coz week 3 is kicking my arse

Hey mate, Great question. I would recommend using both arms in the prone neck bridge and for the supine bridge I would work to a time that you can hold comfortably within your capacity. In regard to the lateral neck iso I would use your forearm for support on the floor and keep your knees together for now.

@coachstevensahyoun thank you for such a quick reply 🙏. I will apply this as soon as possible. Also if its not much bother, is it normal to come out from supine bridge feeling a bit of light headedness or am I doing something wrong?
