just woke up to another gem of a video, I was wishing for a combat approach to spine movement for the longest explained by Coach Sahyoun specially extension, I already do these exercises from your IG to great results but having it explained is next lvl Fingers crossed 2025 is the year i can get into 1-1 coaching with coach Sahyoun 🙏

Great video, can you explain how the flexion one with the band at the start is different than doing like a sit up on an incline? Just trying to understand

The flexion starts from a top down approach using your anterior core.
