Here is how to make bruschetta, an Italian appetizer menu item.
This time, we have prepared three types: prosciutto & mushrooms, salmon & cream cheese, and tomato & basil.
Colorful and stylish, it's perfect for entertaining, snacking, or even breakfast!
They would also be perfect for a Christmas party.

[Ingredients for 3-4 persons]
❶Cured ham & mushrooms
200g mushrooms
200g maitake mushrooms
1 clove garlic
One quarter of an onion
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon cured ham
❷Salmon and cream cheese
100 g salmon
15 g onion
1 teaspoon capers
5 g dill
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cream cheese
❸Tomatoes & basil
2 tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
4-5 basil leaves
Olive oil 1.5 teaspoons
Bucket, as much as you like
1 clove garlic
Olive oil to taste

[Steps]
❶Cured ham & mushrooms
1) Thinly slice mushrooms and maitake mushrooms, roughly chop garlic and onion.
2) Heat grapeseed oil in a frying pan over medium heat and lightly saute garlic and onion.
3) Increase the heat to high and sauté the mushrooms until well browned, season with salt and pepper.
4) Add white wine.
5) Transfer the mixture to a baking pan, remove from heat, and chop in a food processor.
6) Cut the ham logs if available.
❷Salmon & cream cheese
1) Cut salmon into 0.3 cm dice, onion and capers into minced pieces, and dill into 1 cm pieces.
2) Put all the cut ingredients in a bowl and mix with lemon juice and olive oil.
❸Tomato & basil
1) Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 7 seconds, then soak in ice water, peel, and cut into 0.5 cm wide dice.
2) Add salt and pepper, basil, and olive oil and mix together.
★Finishing touches
1) Cut baguette into 1cm pieces.
2) Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub them into the bread.
3) Brush the bread with olive oil.
4) Grill the bread until crispy.
5) Arrange each ingredient on top of the bread.
