3 levels of Macro Photography

In this video I take you through 3 approaches to Macro Photography to help you find the one that not only suits your budget but also gives you the quality of image that you want.
We look at the budget method using extension tubes and show how to balance the depth of field and the effect of diffraction when you close down to f22.
Then we look at the improvement you can get by spending $1,000 on a Macro lens.
Finally we look at how to use a focus slider to create a set of images shot at the optimum aperture for quality and processed with focus stacking in Photoshop.
I compare the advantages and disadvantages of each approach and we compare the final images from a 50 megapixel sensor at 200% magnification to really show the differences.
Along the way I take you step by step through the technique for each method.
