The only flaw I see with Vortex is that you can just shoot it without consequence, whereas C4 and Breach still cause the explosion unless you reshape it so you still kind of get the stall effect. Obviously Vortex is the only option in the open though. I kind of wish that if you shot the Vortex it would still cause the effect unless you glitch or reshape it.

I agree, I wish that if the shot it it would go off but just have a shorter duration that way it’s balanced. Kind like how if you shoot a c4 it’s still gonna blow it up

From my experience not a single person has shot it, but I've also been hiding them in obscure spots across the cash outs + having my heavy winch claw the cashout to spots where I can hide my vortex

One of my favorite combinations with Vortex is Frag, because you can throw a Frag then trigger Vortex, sucking in both nearby enemies and your frag. I've gotten a lot of multi-kills from that combo.

Don't play much Light, but LH1 and V9S (I just like it more then the M11 personally) feels great when I do. The 93R isn't optimal, but at least it is usable now, and currently is my favorite to mess around with in WT.

93R is pretty easy to use, it can fill the niche that XP-54 used to have before being nerfed to the ground: never really useless at any range while having a very low skill ceiling

Hey appoh, could you make a video on macro/positioning? I find myself struggling to win fights and defending third parties or defending from a position susceptable to flanking. I dont think there are many videos on macro for season 5, let alone detailed positioning guides for each map. Maybe more specifically, positioning for melee weapons vs guns because it feels like the way somebody defends on melee vs a weapon changes quite a bit. Sometimes, I find my team getting caught in a third party on our cashout when it doesnt seem like there should be. I am sure some of that is just bad luck, but I refuse to believe that the teams I am fighting dont have some type of rulebook for macro plays that I dint for this season.
