For sure bro, people of the plains will not understand this car. If you come to North East India, the amount of thar and jimny youll see on roads is almost same . Specially meghalaya , Nagaland and Arunachal has a lot of jimnys. The 4*4 and it's small size makes it the TRUE mountain goat

Jimny should've been 6inches wider, 50litres fuel tank, min 130HP and 250Nm torque, raised seats and roof by a couple of inches, 16inch wheels and finally with a bit more features such as ventilated seats for the current price. Else, Thar will suddenly appear to be a better option for the same price.

Jimny has an old school link gearbox mechanical and not cable operated. So its hard as its actually raw for extreme off roading

Jimmy.. ❤ I have been using it for more than a month.This vehicle by Suzuki is something very special. I own a Ford Endeavour 2007 model a wonderful hard as nail SUV 2 wheel and a Polo Gt Tsi 1.2 which I don’t have to mention about 😊. But after getting the Jimny …actually longing for the 3 door version.. hardly I took my polo for a drive. Mainly because the Jimny is very different to drive. The A Pillar.. The width .. I can touch the A pillar on the left side while sitting in the driver seat without any difficulty 😊.. The FRONT SIDE WINDOWS … its big and awesome . The SUSPENSION I have no Words to say its immaculate. Fuel efficiency is good. 13/lt in city. The only drawback of the Jimny is it’s TURNING RADIUS… may be Suzuki has done it for low maintenance for the Suspension. The Feel Jimny gives is something….. ❤❤❤😊

I absolutely do not understand the hate jimny got for something it never promised to be…it is a purpose built off-roader at a cost…the 1.5 engine is modified to have hardware to last off road abuse…the gearbox has to be robust to withstand torque requirement…the gear lever vibrates because of how it is connected to the engine and that is all for a reason…the jimny is absolutely a gem of a car…like other good Maruti Suzuki perhaps we will realise it after it is gone…either people who bought it all had the wrong concept of what the jimny is or bought it because of the hype…i do not own a jimny but have sufficient offroad experience and have been doing trails since i learnt driving…and i ve noy had an off-roader beside the jimny in a long while that i am confident in abusing to the extent i do with old gypsys and old thars…even the new thar falls well short of this…

You're right! I feel the same way for a bike from Suzuki called GS-150R. It was affordable, long lasting, reliable, and SUPER smooth. I own it and its been 11 years its been running fine, even the tires held up super well. It competed with Pulsar but was bigger, heavier, and taller than it. Suzuki pulled it off the market and introduced a liter machine just with better looks and people liked it? Sometimes I don't get non-sensical reasons Indian buyers have.

Good video Chote. maine jimny li hai narrow street aur practical hai mere liye stock tyre me mileage 17 ki mujhe mil rahi jiske liye maine thar nikal di uski reason mileage 5 ki mujhe average milti thi, boot space,door, metal roof etc. aur practical mere liye nahi thi, aur ghar gali se 1 km bahar friend ke yahan rakhni parti thi thar ko narrow road aur sharp corner hai jo ki jimny perfect hai mere requirements ke hisab se mere liye.

In our area roads are very bad most people only use scorpio bolero or thar or I am using a harrier since last 2 years it is not having any rattling or suspension issues. My friend got a new Jimmy about 2 months his suspension already broken & body parts rattling. He says his gear knob also started vibrating mutch more than when he got new
