If I were ever to buy a boat no matter how rich, I'm buying it for my pleasure and my family. Crew will have adequate but minimal.accomodstions. And I guarantee that 99.9% of people that post these comments wouldn't even think to check the crew accomodations if they were to buy one.

What a great boat this is~! The best part about this boat is the way they routed the stairs to the main helm from the flybridge. Awesome~! I wish more yachts did this, its very practical. The crew cabins are very well done too, with plenty of space which also shows that the owners have good feelings for the crew and not treat them merely as servants. This might be my favorite boat on your channel thus far. Performance data on this boat is difficult to come by but, Nick ... I think your range calculation is a bit off. I checked the Yachtworld listing and it shows 12000L fuel capacity, at 80LPH (I am assuming that is BOTH engines running about 2000RPM) that would give you roughly 135 hours of cruising while retaining a 10% reserve. Now if that cruise speed is 10KTS that's 1350NM. Admittedly the generators likely use the same fuel source. These explorer yachts have various modes you could choose to operate the powerplant in ... I'd be willing to bet you get close to 3000NM out of this cruising at about 7KTS on one engine. 800NM range is rather anemic for an explorer. There is just not really enough data on those engines to really calculate ... I used a S Class Yanmar as a comparison as they should be very comparable.

Grill is the correct term. Barbeque is a certain style of smoked meat made in a barbeque pit. Grill is what you put food on for grilling out which is what they are used for on these vessels.

I love the great use of overflow guest cabins for crew when not carrying full numbers of passengers and the fact they fit so much good space not palatial cabins but very solidly good cabins in this length. Reference the 131 and 140 plus foot super yachts with 4 or 5 total guest cabins! This is a yacht for an owner not trying to impress others but share their joy of yachting with friends and family but still in great style! Also not the number of sea toys she can carry versus similar sized vessels. They really did a wonderful job on this!

I love this boat 100%! It's plain and simple and to the point.. The crew area is actually a guest cabin, which is my suggestion.. And this boat has it all without all of the needless fluff... I could do without all of the mirrors and frame lighting, because I'm a lamp guy, but this boat is exactly my taste.

Toy capacity is brilliant, potential for a quad ski on the swim platform. This is my goldilocks boat, everything is just right. Just watched again, and I figure you could refit the bottom part of the lazarette (or maybe the entire thing) into another fuel tank with either 4000 l or 8000 l capacity. That would up to double your range at 10 knots. At 8 knots and double tankage? Might well be 3000 nm of range. TransPACIFIC!

That is the cleanest (2nd hand) motor yacht you have filmed.......would pass for new I'd say (most are grubby around the engine bay openings and details).....owner must be proud.....you can tell with cleaning roll and detergents in engine bay....nice Nick

What a lovely M/Y. Beautifully set out with a huge amount of amenities. Not my personal choice of decor but its very practical if you have younger generations on board. Great for crew as well, nice to see that they are well catered for. Well worth the price, depending on how many hours on the engines etc but looke extremely well cared for. Oh, Eighteen-2! What a surprise, this boat is a classic in Pollensa! The owners had a Squadron 65 before this one. I spent a lot of time looking at that Squadron when I was younger and used to spend hours looking at the boats in the port. Nick, you have really interesting stuff in Pollensa and also in the rest of Mallorca, specially in the south (Palma, Portals, Port Adriano, Andratx, ...).

The person who designed it did very well. Good use of space, nice neutral colors, and nice amenities. I like that the layout is different from the standard that superyachts tend to follow. If only I had deeper pockets and a larger bank account.
