@@sergio23988 no! not at all! I did taekwondo my whole life but I never focused on leg endurance and strength so I had pretty weak legs. I stopped like a year ago and I can tell you that I'm in a complete beginner's shape. And guess what? This video was just about perfect for me! I know that I have a background but it still got pretty easy after 5 times of doing it. Trust me it's worth it.

People always told me leg day was the worst. So I tried it by squatting 100 times every day while carrying my 33kg sister on my shoulder for the past 3 days and I don't feel any pain but I do feel my legs getting stronger. Also this was the first time trying leg exercise in my entire life
@howinthewhat4 жыл бұрын
@@100cents5 damn you're lucky as hell bro, for me, someone who has anaemia and asthma, it feels like my legs are weak as fuck, and it's like they're oxygen deprived (which they are lmao). For the general healthy person I think it's quite similar but not as severe, it feels like you're very weak and it's probably the second most painful place to work on, after abs. But they're the most fun to work on so it's ok.

My fighters will be doing this tonight. My pro is great he will work hard at anything I have him do. I have a 6ft 2 inch tall welterweight with Tommy Hearns power in both hands but is lazy with an excuse for everything. I refused to train him about a year and a half ago and after he went through five other trainers he is back with me. His only wins have been with me. Like your videos I wish KZbin was around in the 70's when I was fighting.

My god. This is highly effective and 3 rounds should be included almost every day or alt workout days. Great for warmup and if done thoroughly, great full scale leg workout.
@leonardojohnreyes30315 жыл бұрын
The first day I've tried it I could not finish the whole set he just showed. Ive been working on this for about 2 months now. It really helps a lot even on your day to day activities as simple as using the stairs instead of an elevator or a quick run or something. It gives u that extra extra stamina.

Did it. Tough routine. My legs are still sore two days out.. and when I say sore, I mean it hurts. It is painful to kneel and sit. It doesn't seem like much, but this workout will destroy your legs. It will utterly wreck you. I recommend taking the reps down to 10 if you're just breaking into the routine. I've done body weight squats before, doing 100s of reps. This routine is no joke.

Just yesterday I was thinking about how I need to focus more on strengthening my legs for my karate practice. I see weakness in my kicks. A question to you guys, what do you think about incorporating weight lifting into your martial arts? I am so close to signing up to our gym at work to hit the leg machines. Not so much to get bigger, but to strengthen. Would you recommend this or would it go against me and slow me down or even go against my flexibility for high kicks? Look forward to hearing from you guys. Great video as always, big fan
