As an ornn OTP, you did a very good job at pointing out all the foundation things for a new ornn player! I was actually shocked at how well this guide covers everything! One more thing I'd include as a little bonus tip is that he plays SUPER good into most of his "bad" match ups. If the lane is bad, focus on CS and really abuse the fact you never truly need to leave lane other than to regen mana or health. He's also a god a splitting IF you tie with your lane!

this guide is pretty good. i really like this champion, especially as a beginner player. he just feels really mechanically interesting and I don't feel like I have to always win my fights with this character. so long as I keep building and I at least remain even with my lane, I can still end up on top.

Honestly, his ult is so good in team fights, even if you're behind some, he's got powerful enough CC and threat in team fights to give carries the chance to put in damage, especially if you can wombo combo with someone like Miss Fortune

Could someone explain to me why you don't build Heartsteel on ornn? It seems insane to me as he gets 30% more health from his passive and is not that hard to prock on him.

It’s absolutely a solid item on him, but honestly all the tank items are brilliant on him and if you rush it no one’s going to complain! But it’s also about your role on the team, it doesn’t have an amazing power spike and a lot of the value isn’t actually from it making you tanky but from the damage it deals and if your damage is needed 100% go for it, but if your team already has plenty of damage getting health and early armour/magic resist will make you tankier - remember that first bit of armour/magic resist is the most valuable!
