We have something like this in the Philippines! Sometimes, we add breadcrumbs all over it to give it more texture. And to also make the edges stick more or for design, we press the edges together with fork, almost looking like an empanada^^

What an awesome idea. Give your mom a hug. Definitely adding this to my food arsenal. Hey, the Brevilile Smart Oven does air-fry, plus a bunch of other things. I absolutely cherish mine. If you bought the extra 3 pack of dehydrate/air-fry trays for $45, you could fry about 20 of these things at once.

These look rly delicious and quick, I’ll try it. I had a suggestion for a bread pocket I have made it is amazing. You can make maggi with veggies or not, place it in bread, fry it with bread crumbs. It is rly good, u should try it.

As for the airfryer baskets being too small, what I do is remove the basket and use a trivet in the drawer (or inner pot for IP airfryer lid) so air can still circulate around the food.

Hey emma! I am 11 and I always make your recipes and they always turn out so good! (I actually made the mug cosmic brownie and it was so delicious 😋) But my problem, is most of the recipes contain butter in them, and we almost never buy butter, and I can't buy butter for one single recipe... (even though I wish I could lol) soo I wish there was a mug cake recipe without butter that I could make :) Also have a super sweet day for everyone that's reading 😊

I just made some and me and my sister had like 10! haha They are pretty good for being so simple. I tried one with just cheese, one with chocolate and I cooked the left over egg and filled one with the scrambled egg and cheese. All were great and I'm going to try to make a pizza one when I get more sauce! Mashed potato would probably be good to try too.
