Your client had minimal shed hair during that take down of hair braids, and she has a beautiful head of hair. I noticed she did have thinning throughout her scalp (big gaps between her parts) and in the hairline. Her scalp and hair looked very dry at the start of the video. Washing her hair once a month could be the reason. The scalp would benefit from hydrating with more frequently washing. Although, this client didn't appear to have issues with dandruff, dermatitis, etc. It's very easy for bacteria and fungus to grow on dirty scalps that are kept in dark, warm environments (ie, under weaves, wigs, headwraps). Which can impact scalp health and cause hair loss in the long term. When wearing wigs, weaves, braids, and locks we should wash and re-moisturise our hair and scalp more frequently (every 7-10days), plus a monthly steam treatment, in order to maintain health scalp and prevent hair loss/ thinning. The hairdresser did a great job and was very gentle when talking down her clients hair and during the entire service. I couldn't tell if the hairdresser wet the hair when taking it down, but spraying the hair with water during the take down would also really help reduce breakage Overall, great job! 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿♥️👑.

She probably has fine hair with medium to low density, which causes the big gaps.
