Good Method however after doing it for too long it starts to thin your roots out. I have had my locs for 7 years now and i used this method for a while when i just wanted a quick twist and didn't want to use the clips being that i am tender headed. At first I was so happy to find a method that was quick and easy and then after some time i started to notice the thinning of my locs especially around my edges due to this method. Too much of anything is not good for you. So sometimes in the in between time just use the clips to give your roots a break from the wrapping of the loc on top of itself. :-) AWESOME VIDEO !
