Hey Evan and co! Another fine video... I’ve only played Onirim of the Oniverse series and it’s really great- as long as you’re ok with a lot of shuffling! Other solo games I am into right now are Star Realms: Frontiers which is an awesome quick fix deck-builder, and Awkward Guests which is a highly replayable murder mystery whodunnit type game. Both also play really well with multiple players 👍🏻

I'm kind of new to the board game hobby, but, I am mostly a Solo gamer. I have a group I meet with every other week to play games and they are far more into the hobby than I am and actually helped me get into it. But, the rest of the time I'm playin' games solo so when I buy a game it's purely based on "Is it fun to play alone." So I do have a few recommendations but of course these are based on my preferences. Ark Nova Root (You will need the Clockwork Expansions, so this one is costly, but worth it IMO) Wingspan Fantastic Factories Flamecraft Everdell Terraforming Mars: Aires Expedition Terraforming Mars

Saw this link via your IG profile. Great games! Thanks for sharing :-) My faves are Raiders of Scythia, Arkham Horror Card Game and Tau Ceti: Planetary Crisis (not got great reviews but I’ve invested a lot of time in streamlining the setup via a custom storage solution and hunting down revised rules via BGG). I’d give honourable mention to Viticulture, which is lovely to play!

I've also been playing Aeon's End and also some Nemesis lately. I got all those boxes you showed from the new kickstarter just recently. Opening up that giant box was like Christmas morning! Still working my way through the base game before I tackle any expansions!

Great video as always Evan. Nice mix of games here! I've played AERION. I'd be so interested in a deeper look into the expansions. Once I got passed the base game, I wanted to try more. I think I got to the first two and then it got confusing. My next pick would be either Natilion or Omnirim, but I haven't played either. I haven't played PALADINS but I have played Architects. As a strictly solo experience, I wouldn't recommend it. The AI is much to easy to beat and the game falls flat in the mechanics. I think if it were a true deck builder, it would feel different, but it basically feels like a race to build the cathedral with little energy use on building anything else which tends to make the building cards and apprentice cards less useful. I've heard the expansion changes this up a bit, but I've been hesitate to buy and expansion to 'fix' a game out of fear of throwing more money at it. The solo game that I'd recommend, COFFEE ROASTER. I love this game. Such a charming little bag builder with great theme and different levels to keep it interesting and challenging.

I'm curious to see how architects is!! I will likely get the expansion as well as viscounts, and the expansion that lets you play all three of them together in a campaign of sorts 😍 Thanks for the recommendation!!

Hi! Nowdays, except clasic solo games like Spirit Island or Mage Knight, I felt in love with It's a wonderful World. max 30 minutes puzzle engiene builder. I'm realy suprised I like it. Still waiting for Aeon's End to be printed in my language.... thanks to covid it has delay. Keep doing great work, I realy enjoy your videos.

I have Onirim but because of disability, I can't shuffle to save my life. Even looked for card shuffling machines on Amazon but none looked any good. Gave up and got the App instead. Ganz Schoen Clever played as an App 34 times in a week or so but just beating your own score is too uninspiring to make me want to play much in the future. Aeon's end looks tempting but I already have Arkham Horror LCG and couldn't get into it. I have Sentinels of The Multiverse and that is brilliant but the complexity of trying to manage ever more modifiers is a barrier. The choice of heroes and villains that play differently adds to the appeal Again, the App takes care of all of that but is not as satisfying as playing with physical components. Newly subbed and Liked. Nice beard.

my favourite solo games right now are Obsession, Raiders of Scythia and The Search for Planet X, but I’ve also played a lot of Root and PARKS solo :) I’ve tried 3 roll and writes (Cartographers, Welcome to Dino World and On Tour) and I don’t like any 😬😥 do I not like roll and writes?!?
