i was diagnosed osteoathriris 5years ago but im not taking painreliever always only if it worse i felt numbness on feet tingling on my legs pain on my hips ang joints on my hips i am 63 yr old

Hi Doctor Cherry, I'm 67 years old. I'm having knee cartilage. Lately I'm taking Movt360 recommended by the pharmacy. I have consumed 3 bottles already. But still no improvement. What can you recommend? Kindly advise. Thank you 🙏

thanks Doc.Cherry sa information..boswellia nga iniinom..71 na ko ..hanggang kailan naman dapat inumin itong boswellia.lahat ng cnabi mo umiinom ako turmeric at Glucosamine..kaya naubos ko na 2 bote malaki..at least nabawasan ang sakit ng tuhod ko.. God bless us all always 🙏♥️

Hi Diana, follow the tips in this video, it can help you. Avoid processed food, too much carbohydrates and sugar, it can trigger the pain all the more. You can also us hot compress in your muscles for 10-15 minutes so long as there is no inflammatiion. IIT will help you with the pain naturally.

Hi Dr my tummy pains n cramps all the time due to Medslike sinemet tablets....I can even drink any other meds or supplement cos ...sinemet alone is giving me pain n constipation.

Hi Shameem, I am sorry to hear this. Sadly, this is the associated side effect of Sinemet but this is the gold standard for PD, it can cause the blood brain barrier and mimic the hormone Dopamine, the one affected with PD. The best thing for you to do is coordinate the side effect it has on you with your doctor and he can give you fiber. Observe also any improvement of your symptoms with Sinemet.
