I feel like the only the QuoteIQ needs is when you are adding a job to calendar they should give a extra notes option. Just to add little details in so you don’t forget. Could always use another app but feel like that would help as well.

I will be getting out of The Customer Factor- I never had time to use it or learn it yet. But I am studying QuickBooks. I wonder if I even want to keep QB? I thought about keeping and integrating with MailChimp for group emails, but I am sure that is part of what is coming with the upgrades to Quote IQ. Thanks !

Anyway, just letting you know I emailed The Customer Factor and said I need to cancel and asked for a refund for the rest of the year. I am not going to study that as I will be using QuoteIQ. I always wanted to use that inspection form and even bought it from Mike but never got around to using it just like I never got around to using the contract. But like you told me: next year I will be more organized. And we are going to crush all year like we did August & September where we grossed over 30k them two months all off Local Domination put into action and winging it! I am so looking forward to Washcon, and I am on this desk plodding thru all the tech learning starting with QuickBooks. I will have to get into Quote IQ and see if they sell it by the year. Well, back at it.
