Lately I’ve been thinking of buying cryptocurrency for retirement, I’ve set asides $350k to invest but along the line,I usually get cold feet, maybe because I have no idea what I’m doing, please I could really use some guidelines.

I will sleep earlier , i will delay time consumers like social media in order to not waste more time , i will do a 20 min at least of exercise

Good day Brian. Thanks for the tips. For me, I have created a schedule for excercise and meditation before sleeping and will commit to keeping up. The tips are helpful

Strategies I’ve put in place for myself are: 1. Exercising first thing in the morning, and after work. Both segments of time being a ‘no device’ block. 2. Daily journaling and affirmations. 3. One day a week with zero devices including tv.

I will schedule exercise in my daily schedule and practice no device hour before sleeping 5 days a week and read good books for positive thinking.

When I was taking care of soul by mindfulness,meditation and peaceful rest I was happiest inside.. When I took care of the body with excercise I had plenty of friends who were inspired by my success also staying away from negative mess was always #heavenly

To improve sleep, I will try to quiet my mind by reading something good half an hour before sleep For exercise I will try to get up early in morn For positive thoughts I will try to be away from social media as much possible as I can

have an excellent sleep, I do every day a long walk or some household work, and by No. 3 I don't think that positivity can overwrite the negative thoughts. It is more than that, the decision to say, I will and am able to change that thought now.

trying to do positive thinking. my brain automatically tells me to dont do it or why i cant or what useless activity i can do instead of working in myself. i can do it and it helps me to change how i feel for the best and keeps me motivated but i forget it to do it always. trying to figure out how to keep doing it more.
