Brian, it has only taken me 72 years to start writing down my goals.. Both you and Jim Rohn have always lived by those sound principles and I think it is high time that I follow it as well.. I often find myself starting and stopping on projects, and as a commercial pilot and flight instructor, I continuously stress - stay focused- and complete one task at a time while in the cockpit.. Thanks again for all you do and continued success…

Thank you Brian :) This video has highlighted that my main problem is multi-tasking, which leads to confusion and procrastination. The thing I will implement straight away is making my to do list at night. I usually get stuck for ages in the morning trying to remember everything and work out where to start. This will definitely help!! P.S. Thank you for the freebies :)

Hi I'm having a little trouble understanding setting only one goal and focusing on only one goal like you said in your video. For example let's say I want to lose 100 lbs in one year. But I also want to get out of debt in one year. I also want to finish a music album in one year and finish Bible School in nine months. Can I not do all these goals and work on all of these goals this year or do I have to just focus on losing weight this year and then the next year after that finish Bible school and then the next year after that finish my music album. I'm just a little confused about the whole theme of focusing on only one goal at a time. I feel like I can accomplish all four of those goals this year instead of just focusing on one at a time. Brian can you explain or can someone help me and explain this to me. Thank you.
