#1 - Start in your "T" position. Righties, you will be on your right leg. Slowly start to open up hips and chest to your target and tilt your shoulders. Be sure to keep your "U Shape." Once opened up and tilted, you will throw.
#2 - Slowly jog and throw off your right foot (for righties).
#3 - Put it all together. Have someone roll you a ball and go full speed.
