Innovation can help level the playing field when it comes to bigger, fiercer competition. But where does it come from? How do you make it thrive? How do you inspire innovation?
Rooted in years of practical application and personal experience business founder Emily Groves shares her simple framework and a few exercises on how to inspire and promote innovation to come from all angles.
"In 2010 Emily founded an energy consultancy, in the height of the recession, with significant financial risk, in a crowded marketplace and with just four people.
Although seriously outnumbered, six years later they have won multiple awards including 2015’s IoD ‘Young Director of the Year’ for the East of England and 2016’s ‘Energy Consultancy of the Year’ all with just a relatively small handful of people.
How? By shooting innovation through every single thing they do. Emily shares her simple framework to help small organisations leverage innovation to level the playing field."
