I’ve always used the first tip. I love shooting buildings within a frame of something else, makes my photos unique from others who don’t do that. Also this is just me, I think b&w photos shine the most in dull weather.

I like these tips. I've noticed that when everything's in focus, especially nature photos where everything might be green, it can make the photo quite unbearable to look at. So, look for depth of field, focus, coloring, framing, and obvious subject help a lot

Jason Vong is awesome and Vivienne’s one liners are massively underrated!.. “Dope ass mother...” “Focal length!”
@jtanaka1Ай бұрын
😂😂😂Vivian at the end was classic… ewww😹😹😹 Thanks for sharing and I finally got my shots of Fuji-san at Ubuyasaki… didn’t have the same friendly photographers like you experienced but I still got my shots… funny my 1 iPhone shot came out the best😂😂😂… Mahaloz for putting out good and meaningful context as usually🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Yeah, it's 2024... the age of AI is upon us, so the good o' "THIS IS NOT AI" won't mean a thing in the internet. (not that I don't believe you Jason, I do) but just saying. We legitimately can't believe anyone saying, "this was not AI". Those days are over. Now we need b-roll showing you shoot the shot, show the back of the LCD screen with the RAW unedited version, Zoom Pan into the edited version! and even then... someone might doubt it's legit. Sad times we are living in. 😔

Those photos were captured just before the whole generative AI boom but yes we have been capturing more BTS because of AI now 😅

@ but the one on the right is not VI. Which Fuji do You prefer ?

The leaves are overpowering the Mt. Fuji image, there's not much room to breath, at least to my eyes. (I know Photography is subjective, so, cheers!)

Love how he has to disclose that AI wasn't used for adding foreground, but I'm going to need video of you taking these shots from now on to really believe it. Great tips, but maybe too early for autumn foliage. Damn climate change.
