Aww thank you Lisa! 🥰 I hear you! I've found most fondant brands aren't very pleasant. I've been using this one by a company called Over The Top. It's so tasty and soft. It doesn't crack or dry while using it so it's so pliable. My kids eat it when I'm using it lol!

I am thinking of starting a business and have made a wedding cake for a friend and a birthday cake for my friends mother’s 60th birthday. Last Christmas and the year before I made cookie and homemade candy boxes for my family and friends. Now, that’s all they ask for! I have to find my niche. The problem is I have gotten over my phobia of using techniques such as boiled sugar for Italian meringue, tempering chocolate or laminating dough for pastries. Being an artist and creative person is a blessing and a curse. Sorry for taking up so much of your time with this long message. Did you start out making just cakes and then branch out into other desserts? Just curious 😊 Thank you for all you do! I have learned so much from your tutorials, like the phobias I spoke of! Again, I can’t thank you enough ❤️

@@lisaanderson135 you're so welcome Lisa! 🥰 Starting a business sounds so exciting! It can be rewarding and working for yourself has so many advantages too. I totally get the phobias of using new techniques. It has taken me personally a long time to try some new things, that I now look back and think why was I so nervous or hesitant? I started making cupcakes and buttercream when I started my business, then started to make cakes as I wanted to venture into more creations. I thought about selling what I made but with my young kids and time constraints I found it too hard so I decided to only concentrate on videos and creating content. ❤
