Lindsey I am a age group coach. I appreciate all you do in your videos. I know you have an amazing future as a swimmer and coach a head in career. You keep it simple. I feel you do an amazing job explaining. I like how you keep things very simple making it possible to achieve. I encourage my young swimmers to watch your videos. You might think it, but you are an inspiration to watch and for younger swimmers. Thank you and continued success. Dave

Hi! I habe a question, that maybe you cna turn into a video? When I do freestyle, I have learned that with my stroke I really "pause" my hands in the water (especially my right hand which is also the side i breathe on) And when i try to move my hands at a faster "rotation rate" (when my hands are always opposite of each other in a circle) i feel like i am moving too fast and awkward in the water, and that i dont get a chmace to breathe. Could you talk about drills to make your arms move faster (or tell me which videos to watch?) Thanks so much!

You should do a video for more advanced swimmers on how to improve their push off and gain distance. I’m currently struggling with that :(.

When diving you should have some knee bend to help push off your feet and get into the water

Thank you! It's from Amanzi! I don't think they make this print anymore, but they usually have great prints to choose from!
