Hey Michael, had a question. If I want to deliver a pay per appointment offer to my roofing clients, how much would you recommend I charge per appointment I book them? It's a done-for-you kind of service, I'll have a VA call up the leads to confirm appointments, and also have text automation set up to remind them an hour before the appointment. I was thinking $500/appointment.

@@adreean8369nah man, priorities changed. I do remote selling now, has tremendous upside especially if you have the money to pay for a program like remote closing academy. It trains you and places you with companies looking for remote closers. Some of their trainees are making 6 figures a month selling for these companies. But it's not that I gave up, just wanted to start SMMA to gain experience in business and to make some money, but I can do that in other, long term scalable fields too, like cybersecurity.

Should we do landing page or Facebook lead form in Facebook ads ?

Ultimately you should do whatever works best for you, but I’ve only ever had great results with landing pages. But there’s more to it than simply sending them to a landing page. The landing page has to mesh well with the messaging of the ad, the info you ask for has to make sense, etc.
