Yeah I had this experience recently- I was trying to learn something off a record so I had a set of ear buds in. So I of course I was playing louder just to be able to hear what I was playing. After awhile though I realized that my playing sounded better, as I was playing more forcefully and with more commitment than I usually play.

I found this channel a week or so ago while KZbin surfing with a guitar in hand. I have since been listening and learning every night from 10:00 pm until 1:00 am and beyond. It's the most impactful thing in my musical life. Thank you.

not disagreeing.....But when playing at home my D-35 acoustically sounds great....imo
