yep, after my own cancer scare, I try to stay covered when fishing... especially on the kayak... SPF 50 shirt, spf 50 sun screen, full brim "Brazil" hat, water shoes, let the cover slide a little at sunrise and sunset, FLa ya know, but starting to enjoy the taste of Deer and sunscreen. 😃😋😎

You ever seen a glove that has a pad installed in the palm area between your thumb and pointer finger? After a day on the water, esp power fishing, that area on my left hand get VERY sore, almost bruised. I have even tried different casting reel brand....

had something like that in Fl back in the '70's.. caused by a fungus, had to use moisterizer and anti-itch cream at same time, was in the army. disappeared after a while.. Good luck.

Good tip Jim. Being on the water you get hit with the sun from all directions so you need to stay protected even more than normal. It took me a while to figure out those little tabs for pulling off the gloves. Thanks
