HELP!! I have 66yrs old high porosity gray natural hair that is thick thick and on top of that I live in Denver Co. I did a big chop and have been natural about 4yrs. My wash day is at lease once a week and only because it is grime. It is dry no shine also frizzy. I have a huge stock of natural hair care products. What's on your hair care line that will help me? Hi Crystal. I started watching your videos about six months ago. I greatly appreciate all the info you have shared with us. I used the info you shared about rinsing with hot water after shampooing and cold water after conditioning. There is a marked difference in my hair. I purchased some of your products, and since using them, my hair is a little softer, thicker and not shedding so much. I thank you immensely. Pray the Lord will continue to guide and watch over you.

About one year. She is right about why we get protective styles .one not taking time to care for our hair. two we were never taught how to properly take care of our hair. three and most importantly to protect our hair from ourselves.

I do a raw protein treatment after my two relaxers a year after I have done Olaplex 1 & 2 as directed at salon, the rest of the time I use a protein balanced conditioner and always rinse cold. I do not do any protective styles other than wrapping at night and bunning most of the time.

I’m basically about 90% satisfied with my stylist. I have thyroid issues and because of that I have thinner hair at the crown but I can see where there is growth and she is constantly trying to change that; otherwise I tried to stay on top of your videos and I can see what I may need to improve on.
