I have a code I follow. 1. If my gut says don't ride today, Don't ride today. 2. If I am angry or sad. Do not ride today. 3. When I cut up. I check all angles before ripping on it. No pedestrians in or near my path, and no traffic that is not part of the fun. 4. If a cop catches me speeding IE 60 in a 40. I stop. If I pass them at 150 DO NOT STOP. 5. If you don't see their eyes they do not see you. Once you fire up that bike you become a vampire, no reflection.

Great vid Aymen. Yes 100% agree, we are in charge of our choices. We have a choice to get angry or not. I feel if you choose to get angry, the only person that looses is yourself, as you just lost a heap of energy yourself, not the person that you are angry with. So control all your thoughts & decisions in your life. Try to always look at the positive side. Also a many negatives can be turned into a positive. Many thanks Eric, loved the t-shirt. Thanks for supporting the brand. Happy to give you another, anytime you want :-)

First time seeing your channel. I'm old to some, young to others. The advice in this video is spot on. Interesting insight. Appears your riding buddies are fun. One word of advice having been riding for 40 plus years, ride as if no one can see you. My mantra in my mature years. Ride aggressively when you need to, chill when you want to. Don’t ride pissed. I still have a legitimate and noticeable dent in the thigh from running an electric bike into a guard rail at low speed. I appreciate your mix of life advice and riding, some great advice on these videos. I agree %100 with rule number 3, they even teach the command position during beginners course nowadays.

A great book I read on understanding where anger comes from in yourself and others and how to manage and de-escalate situations is called 'The Chimp Paradox'. Definitely helps in life and will definitely help whilst riding.

good video. yes people are always ready to blame someone eles for their circumstance. At least in a first world country you have every opportunity that anyone ele has. My favorite way of ridding is cross country on county roads at 60 mph or 100k but to get there you have to get in traffic though town or on the hwy. I won't ride in traffic so if I have to filter, speed, or punch an old lady to find an open space thats what i do. so in town i ride like a maniac but if there were no trafic i wouldn't.... Thats a lie.
