Excellent video and breakdown of the drill, the most practical is definitely the third one as it's the one used the most in real fights and I myself as a jujutsuka use this along with koppojutsu

Im very interested in studying akban ninjutsu. I am a 16 year old martial artist, im saving my money to go to japan at 18 to study koga ryu, but i think akban will be a better choice.
