One of the main reasons that the supreme court took up the case suo moto is because of the massive country wide protests by doctors and the CJI being insensitive to the fact they're being marked absent and threatened with other actions just proves that he too doesn't consider doctors as humans and just as a community, that no matter what, should keep serving the people who brutalize, rape and murder doctors. A little bit more sensitivity is expected from CJI. Any thoughts?

I think we all have realized as well have seen where is this case is going, and we all know that result of this case. First stage this case will be going under investigation for 3-4 years, Second stage in this 3-4 years only 4-5 times hearing will be happening. Third stage as the investigation will be over the culprits will be punished for the most lenient punishment possible under the law. After they are being punished after 1-2 year again a case will be filed for their bail plea, and the court will grant them bail.

🙏Want for justice. One thing is that the condition of Kolkata police is like Kumbhakarna who was totally controlled by Ravan though he knew that Ravan was doing illegal activities. If rule will be changed, and if Police will be controlled by Hight Court/Supreme Court, not by the state govt. then they can neutrally do their duties. Need to change the voting System and to selection of candidate vide psychological testing who has Humanity and will take the data from individual family of the particular area and give proper view towards the future progresive projection on his/her speech. Then election will be done.
