Fun fact my small town school had “””ethics class””” which was a way of saying “we’re going to bus you to the local church basement and make you read the Bible” without blatantly violating separation of church and state. And in each little classroom they have this little wall cup thing of holy water and they must’ve put something in it to sanitize it since everybody had to stick their fingers in there at the end of class and put a cross on their forehead before they got in line to leave. An unforeseen con of this is that i have incredibly sensitive skin and I had a terrible allergic reaction to whatever was in the holy water. So they’d bless and cross me and my forehead would turn bright red and start burning in the shape of a cross. A good way to freak out sweet little old church ladies

We usually put it when we're going inside the church for worship, not leaving but ig some people still do that xD. Still, the fact that they had to force it onto kids is absolutely terrible, and that must've been scarring to both you and the Teachers to have a red mark on your forehead. Should've seen something like this happen and you be exempt. Hope you're doing better in life now!

I believe the reason why the nuns screams give people extreme anxiety and fear (including me lmao) is because they are sampled from the 911 call from Ruth Price. She was an elderly woman who was murdered while on the phone with dispatchers. The full call is on KZbin but warning her screams will stick with you for life. To me there’s nothing as scary as a human who screams for their life and I believe the nun massacre makes you feel that threat through the entire game.

The nun in this game is soooo much nicer than mine. I love how Puppet Combo makes your stamina bar look like a VHS tracking adjustment bar. Also how when a monster is nearby, the screen starts getting very static. That usually happens on specific parts of VHS tapes that have been paused many times. Implying that a "good part" is coming up. Good for the viewers. NOT FOR YOU THE MAIN PROTAGONIST. So cool though.
