Hey dude, just in case, CO2, unless you're sucking down a chemical fire extinguisher, you're still going to get oxygen in your goblin hole. But CO is genuinely deadly. Your computers won't put out CO as a byproduct, thankfully, but just in case you ever have an air meter that starts pinging CO instead of CO2: get the hell outside if it's CO and call 911. Stay safe, and looking forward to seeing your new setup!
@2dheethbar2 ай бұрын
Isn't that what gas powered generators put out and that's why their are freak accident deaths during weather related state of emergencies?
@SkillyMcFilly2 ай бұрын
Yeah it’s CO2 solely that’s my current issue. While what I’m experiencing currently isn’t safe and has bad health side effects it’s not lethal. Very high CO2 levels can be but I wouldn’t be able to breathe if that was the case. Thanks for the warning.
@TricksterBOOTS2 ай бұрын
@2dheethbar yup, it's a byproduct of combustion... so cars, fuel/gas based heaters (natural gas, propane, kerosene, etc), gas ranges/ovens, propane refrigerators, etc. But I see a lot of folks mix em up. CO2 is part of the air you breathe and at normal levels won't hurt you (poor Skilly is a different story lol). Yay Skilly! Sorry to sound obnoxious... that's my field of work and this time of year I start seeing 911 calls for CO where I live, an ounce of prevention, ya know?

Omg Skilly! I cant believe you were hurting your health without even realizing it. Im really happy you figured it out! So now Indie and Drae cant fully blame you for the forgetful or spacey moments... it was your lack of oxygen. 😂

Oh I’m 100% using this as an “excuse for all my mistakes.. jk. It will be interesting to see how things change over the next several months as the side effects completely wear off.

Omg please play GTFO. The other person you played with was probably Ludwig? I'm pretty sure he played with Indie at some point (and was/is a dev). It'd be so awesome to see you play through it, and I'm super stoked about the new chapter!!

Honestly, I've never used the lean mechanic. It looks good visually during a walkthrough video, but I've never felt the need to actually use it when I'm gaming.

Yeah I’m just moving to the basement. Everything I see online from reputable sources says that my current space is too small to live or work in regardless of ventilation solutions.

It's so sad that it doesn't surprise me. You've had problems with air in the past. Congrats on coming out of the cloment.
@SkillyMcFilly2 ай бұрын
I've had several community members and friends now tell me they've tested air quality in there offices or bedrooms and it's not good. I think there might be a lot of people out there without proper ventilation not realizing it!

@SkillyMcFilly2 ай бұрын
Homeless felt just right on the tension building and time side. Graveyard Shift was too drawn out for the main stuff in my opinion. My god, I haven't thought about Gargamel for nigh on 20 years lol.

It's not that expensive to place a vent in your smaller space... not that I'm encouraging you to stay in the closet lol. But it sounds like it'd be beneficial incase the wife wants it as a space for her. Be safe.
@SkillyMcFillyАй бұрын
I moved to the basement and setup a new office. The closet I was in was a weird space I. The house. I did have some quotes and it could have cost more then I wanted to spend to get HVAC venting run to where a vent could be put in that actually moved air.
