Dude!!! I am seriously blown away how you manage to keep discovering new tricks on the OP Z. The way you guide us through your thought process for each one makes the understanding feel much more organic instead of simply copying your settings, I feel like the knowledge of the concept really passes over very cleanly. Keep it up man!

Wow… you are probably the only person on KZbin showing some Unique OPz techniques… I was super late to to OPz table and TE in general… I feel 90% of the OPz videos out there are just jams and/or the basics repackaged in various ways… You keep it right to the point. Easy to understand and fresh… I thought I red the manual back to front and somehow missed these features… Thanks again…

@@SONWU I feel OPz content has diminishing dramatically from popular YT music channels as the product is not trending... Once the OP-Z field releases im sure my algorithm will be pumping my eye streams full of that content for at least a year once they hack my credit card statements and know ive spent more on equipment than all of NYC bills in the last few months hahah... Robots are coming for us all!!! Spend Spend Spend before universal income makes it all just colorful paper... hahah

Cool i didn't know about the last one, that one is very useful. Another feature i know people miss is recording the encoders and then holding down a step to change the encoder to flow and jump. Also recording something in a longer bar like 6, and then changing the bar length to get results you can't get otherwise. The OPZ is my favorite little thing ever, Looks small sounds big.

"Secret 3" actually could be even advanced, if the step component of the bass track to trigger another track, would be prolonged by the step component that triggers the step component (and maybe even further by the step component, that set the actual trigger of the 1st step of the bass track). Thank you for sharing your exploration results on this device.

Hey, it’s one of your students. I’m in a general chat group for teenage engineering. If you’re not in the group already what would you add to the OP-Z as far as features and upgrades again or if you thought about anything else?
@SONWU Жыл бұрын
Hi Jermaine! Nice to hear from you :) I am sure I have made a video about my dream features at some point, but off the top of my head…different tape modes (audio looper/ tracks), better sampling (stereo & longer), better sounds & sample management, editable punch in FX & step components and separate audio tracks over usb ✌️
