Very Good and respect for you standing your ground. I must say this video actually shows how free we are still, because in a real police state, they would simple just grab you, beat you up or even worse put a bullet in your head. Things are getting worse however from our perspective and if everyone just simply abides by whatever the police tell them without questioning it, we could someday by in a real police state were the gloves are really taken off, let's all hope that never happen's, peace.

So what powers do the corporations have to enforce a law.??? How can a corporation have authority over an individual human being??? If she was bothered about her voice being recorded, like she said to you, she had the freedom to walk away, she was placing herself, without reason in the perimeter of the recording device, these community officers are the worst type, solicitors have to study law for 7 yrs to know the law, CSO's, 0 yrs, and although they have no power, they like giving the illusion to the people that don't know that they do, and they don't like it when you burst their bubble, Well done mate, very well done :o)

The PCSO was a twat, saying that she could sue him for using her image without consent. Clearly she hasn't been trained properly. You can film and photograph all police personnel without their permission and there is nothing they can do about it (legally) because that authorisation comes from the Police themselves and stated is on their website.

You should have asked if the Manager who's claiming to be acting on behalf of the corporation that owns the land, whether he's listed on Companies House website on public record.. If not, how is anyone supposed to know if he truly is an owner or a partner, or whether the true public listed owner truly has specifically given him (the mere two bit employee) any kind of consent or power of the corporation without him presenting physical evidence to back his claim. I bet his contract says he's a mere employee and doesn't anywhere specifically say that he is an official spokesman on behalf of the corporation. I'm pretty damn sure someone else within the company would have that official role. :))

Started filming with my iphone (on myself) and after being asked for my details, I asked "is that an order or request?" felt really good when they babbled some stuff about the Road Traffic Act after I asked "Under whose authority" long story short, ended up giving details because I buckled under their pressure..
