Allah says, "Surely, those who divide their religion and break up into factions, you (O Muhammad) have no concern with them in the least. Surely, their case is with Allah, Who will tell them what they used to do. Indeed, those who divided their religion and became sects, you have nothing to do with them." [Surah Al-An'am-159] The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reported through Sahih Hadith that the Jews are divided into 71 groups, the Christians are divided into 72 groups, and the Muhammadans will be divided into 73 groups in this Ummah. But all groups except one group will enter hell. This is the group that will be based on the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his Companions. This group will be protected from indulging in innovation in this world and will be freed from the punishment of Hell in the Hereafter. This is the assisted party, which will be victorious in truth until the Day of Resurrection.

Most Sunni's dont mourn the death of Imam Husayn (a.s). Instead they will have weddings on the day of ashura, the day the prophets (saw) grandson was murdered. They will also regard Abu Sufyan and Muawiya as "sahaba" when they have disrespected the family of the prophet (saw). They will also consider Sahih Bukhari as authentic when in reality Bukhari has barely cited hadiths from the Ahlulbayt. Despite the ahlulbayt being mentioned in Hadith e Kisa. There's more citations from random Sahaba then there is Imam ALi (a.s) in Bukhari. Also Most Sunnis spread lies about shia islam. We don't worship Imam Ali, and self flagellation is haram. Most sunnis also act like god and cast us to hell when they are not Allah. They also claim that we are NOT muslims, when in reality we pray 5 times a day and do the wajib and mustahab. But anyways we'll see whos right in the end...

I'm shia from Najaf and have very rarely heard any shia say that the Imams has Ilm al ghayb, the Imams themselves used to denounce that in the strongest. Such belief has even though survived among extreme minority amongst shia. I know that there are "sheikhs" that basically says that the Imams has such knowledge but they have extremely little to no impact on majority shia.

All knowledge they had was with permission from God, in the exact same way God allowed Jesus and Moses to perform Miracles.

When he came, he (Moses) boxed him and his eye was knocked out. He (the Angel of Death) came back to the Lord and said: You sent me to a servant. who did not want to die. Allah restored his eye to its proper place (and revived his eyesight), and then said..." Its pretty clear we have fabricated hadiths. Al Kafi is just a hadith collection without any authentication level at all. There is many sahih shia hadith were the Imams clearly and strongly rejected claims of them being all-knowing. Me and my family are sunni. my father however tends to visit the grave of a very pious person and make dua through him using his name. i told my dad this is wrong, you read salah and you pray to Allah and make dua in Allah's name. he responded with saying because he was a pious person, using his name may increase the liklihood of the dua being accepted. this is firstly trying to take advantage of someone elses deeds, secondly the 'pious' person was also a sinner. we should believe in Allah's mercy as He is the only perfect one and he is what our opinion of Him is. feeling the need to do such things insults Allah and one of his most important traits. He is the most merciful. dad got abit mad but his mind isnt changing on the matter and he told me i have limited knowledge (ofc bc im young). May Allah guide him.

You should advise him to do it in a different manner if he believes him to be pious or whatever, but you couldn't really get more pious than the prophet p.b.u.h so he should use the prophet p.b.u.h before his friend no. Even with that you could advise him to say something along the lines of Ya Allah swt for your love/ for the sake of prophet muhammad p.b.u.h grant me this or help me with this. So where he's saying he feels it might be more likely to be granted using his friend then direct the dua to Allah swt and ask Allah swt for your love of so and so then you can show him many verses in the quran where Allah swt shows us how to make dua and what the best way is for example invoking Allah swt with his beautiful names surah 7 verse 180 I believe. Insha'allah Allah swt guides us all towards the truth but ultimately we each have our own responsibility to seek it as well as well as be open minded and accepting the truth Insha'allah

I just wanted to point out to myself before anyone and then to you that Allah has told us in the Quran that he has hidden the hour in arabic الساعة from everyone so that he will reward each individual with his effort. Surat Taha chapter 20 verse 15. That may have made the shia brother understand that because Allah is all knowing he has hidden the time of day of judgment and no body knows when he will die apart from Allah him self. Think of it like a sprinter winning a race and he's far ahead, before the finish line he may look around and slow down because he's smashing it but Allah doesn't want us to slow down he wants us to keep going until the last breathe to give us the biggest reward inshaAllah or the other way round the sprinter is so slow and everyone beats him he knows his time is up becuase everyone crossed the finish like and he is defeated, gets upset, depressed and becomes a loser. Allah is giving us chance after chance hence the hour is hidden and it's rahma from Allah that it is. Keep going may Allah protect you, all the ummuah and increase us in knowledge. Love my bro ❤

Being a Shia means you seek knowledge of Hadith through the prophets family, the Shia people also must read and take other Hadith into belief is it corresponds with the Quran. Shia Muslims pray to Allah. Their prophet is prophet Mohammad peace be upon him. But the 12 imams from Ali and Fatima are the ones Shia seek guidance from after the prophet Mohammad peace be upon him. Most Muslims Shia and Sunni are street level smart with Islam and are super ignorant. Blame each other. Call each other kafr. Judge where it’s not their job only Allah. Ali diwah - You are wrong brother with all due respect. An attribute of Allah can be given with Allah's permission only. This includes intercession and seeing the unseen. Otherwise how to prophet Khathir know what child was going to do in the future. This is with Allah's permission. There is a difference between absolute attributes and a certain attributes Allah's grants. This is the mistake you are making when discussing this matter. By the way intercession is granted in the quran clearly with the ones that Allah has permitted. So when people say ya mohamed by the grave they are effectively asking the prophet put in a good word to allah for our visit to you. Do not confuse this with shirk. Shirk is when you believe something is on the same level as Allah brother. You cannot say ya ali help me with rizk directly. This is shirk. يا أخي أنت قلت أن رجلاً سلفيا كفر الشيعة ، وأنا أقول لك أن السلفية ( أهل السنة والجماعة) لا يكفرون الشيعة جميعاً هناك تفصيل في المسألة ، فنحن نفرق بين أن الفعل كفر وأن الفاعل كافرا فليس كل من قال بالكفر أصبح كافرًا، وليس معنى أن شخصاً قال انه سلفيا وكفر الشيعة أن باقي السلفية تكفر الشيعة، والتكفير لا يتم عند أهل السنة والجماعة إلا بإقامة الحجة وعند توافر الشروط وانتفاء الموانع وهذا ليس من اختصاص العامة بل أهل العلم الذين هم أهل الحل والعقد ونذكر هنا حديثين مُجْمَع على صحة معناهما، وهما كالأصل في هذا الباب: الحديث الأول: قوله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلاثَةٍ: عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ، وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ، وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ) (رواه أبو داود والترمذي، وصححه الألباني). الحديث الثاني: قوله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (إِنَّ اللهَ وَضَعَ عَنْ أُمَّتِي الْخَطَأَ، وَالنِّسْيَانِ، وَمَا اسْتُكْرِهُوا عَلَيْهِ) (رواه أحمد وابن ماجه، وصححه الألباني). فمن الشروط مثلاً: "العلم، والبلوغ، والعقل، والقصد، والتذكُّر، والاختيار، وعدم التأويل". ومن موانع التكفير: "الجهل الناشئ عن عدم البلاغ، والصغر، والجنون، والخطأ، والنسيان، والإكراه، والتأويل". فلا يصح التسرُّع في تكفير الـمُعيَّن بالمرة، بل يمكن أن يُحكَم على مُعيَّن بالكفر والرِّدَّة بعد ثبوت إتيانه للكفر، وقيام الحجة، وانتفاء الشبهة كما بيَّنَّا. وقد يكون في الشروط وانتفاء الموانع "اجتهاد واختلاف بين أهل العلم" ينبغي أن يكون مِن الخلاف السائغ، أما الحُكم العام أي مِن جهة النوع فلا ينبغي الاختلاف فيه أبدًا؛ لوضوح الحق بأدِلَّته، وإجماع أهل العلم عليه. والذي يستطيع التعيين هم أهل العلم والقضاء الشرعي، كأن ينظر أهل العلم في شخص مُعيَّن، في شروط التكفير وانطباقها، وموانع الكفر وعدمها، وهل قامت الحُجَّة عليه أم لا؟ ثم بعد ذلك يحكمون بكفره ويُفتون بذلك، أو بعدم كفره، وكذا يحكم أهل القضاء بانفساخ نكاحه وعدم التوارث معه ووجوب قتله؛ فأهل العلم والقضاء هم الذين يُعيِّنون الشخص بالتكفير، أما عامة الناس فيتبعون أهل العلم في هذا الأمر.

The problem here is, that sunni believe that we think Imam Ali (as) and other imams do things with their own power. For sure every power is from Allah. When we ask them for help, we are acrually asking them to pray for us and to help us with spiritual powers that God gave to them, for sure those who are better muslims and pure from sins are nearer to God, so their prayer will be accepeted better.(there are examples of this in Quran where prophet jacob prayed for his sons) Furthure than this discussion, our Imams tought us how to live a life of submitting to Allah ,following his orders, fighting his enemies. Real shias dont say they are equal to God, of course God is all knowing, we only believe they are given more knowlege in comparison to us. Please next time talk to a shia scholar, they can give you better information.

In reality the vast majority of Sunni's do not mourn Imam Hussayn's (a.s) death. Instead, they have weddings, celebrations on the day of Ashura. Also, you regard Abu Sufyan, Muawiya as Sahaba when they are terrible people. One of them went against the prophet (saw) another attacked Imam Ali (a.s). Your concept of Sahaba is flawed. This history is a MAJOR reason why I believe in Shia Islam. Also the lack of hadiths from the Ahlulbayt from that time is crazy. And I still say you are a Muslim Ali unlike the ignorant sheep who say im not. Also get educated scholars of Shia Islam and have dialogue, a debate is just for clicks. A conversation between you and Qazqini, Nakshawani, or someone of that level would be good. Also we dont worship Imam Ali (a.s), that is haram. Where does it say in the Quran to continuously mourn for any of the dead and keep talking about their death and create a annual day to keep remembering it? If you wanna create a day to mourn for Hussayn, then why don't you create a day to mourn Hamza ibn Abd al-Muttalib who was one of the companions and relative of Prophet Muhammad pbuh and died in brutal way and was mutilated? What makes Hussayn's death more special than Hamza's. Shias just want to show biased love to who they select.They are in Jannah with Allah and that's all we can do. Shia is all about martyrdom and crying 24/7. We have to move on, that's life. Each person dies in so many different ways. Allah is not going to ask us on the day of judgement if we cried for Hussayn. Focus on yourself on being a better Muslim, that's what's most important. The people that killed Hussayn are long gone. Shias continuously just cry and focus on the past rather than the present and future

@@j86485 we remember imam husayn every year to remind ourselves of the purpose for which he went to karbala. his selfless act to stand for the truth is an inspiration for all of us. he was the grandson of the prophet Muhammad ﷺ and it is said in hadiths said he and imam hassan are the masters of the youth of paradise. yet, inhumane behaviour by the "muslims" of that time towards him and his family was seen. his infant son was martyred with a three pointed arrow, his brother's arms were seperated from his body. imam husayn, his family and companions were deprived of water for three days. the women of karbala were deprived of their chadors. why? only because they chose to stand for the truth and did not pledge allegiance to the tyrant. do you think their selfless stand to save the message of Islam is not worth remembering? when we cry for husayn, we oppose the unjust he faced. no one said Shias don't remember Hamza. we all are trying to be better muslims, just because we cry for husayn doesn't mean we forget our duties as muslims. :)

We Sunnis love everyone and are sad what happened to those who died in a unjust way. Brother Ali Dawah should stay in his lane. Istighata is not a Shia act first of all. Orthodox Sunni's believe it and do it as well. Ot has been done by companions and it is a sunnah wheter you want it or not. That is a fact. Mushrikeen of Quraysh worshipped the idols. You should also stay in your lane because that hadith does not give any right to call out to DEAD people which is clear SHIRK. The Prophet sallalahu alayhi wa salam was alive while that man asked him to make dua for him and the Prophet Sallalahu alayhi wa salam DID do so while he was ALIVE. That hadith shows that its permissible to ask someone who is alive and righteous to make dua for you but not that you call upon the dead astaghfurullah which is clear shirk that many of the shias and ignorant sufis are upon.
