Agreed that facial hair has nothing to do with testosterone. I have a lengthy full beard I have been growing for years and it's nice that people like this are telling people it means I have a high level of testosterone. It's false information but it's nice to know people will look at me and think my beard means I'm a testosterone fulled beast thanks to influencers like this :)

I was really depressed ,low energy, and easily fatigued, last fall, thought it was low T so I got tested. My levels ended up being over 900 ng/dl. I realized that I was just too inactive and had a poor diet. I think a lot of people's problems could be just being inactive. They might think it's Low T but really they're just not exercising at all and that's the reason why they feel so low energy. The mind is a heck of a thing.

Actually the highest indicators of good test levels are energy (the short already mentioned it) and unexpectedly having morning woods or the sensation of horniness, muscle and beards are more on the genetic side along with the lifestyle someone haves (diet, exercise, sleep, etc.)
@headless0ptomist198
@headless0ptomist198 Ай бұрын
The facial hair thing is both right and wrong, some people are just incapable of having full facial hair like myself. My T levels are normal but I have patchy facial hair on my cheeks and under my chin because of friction from wearing a dirtbike helmet or hardhat with a strap for most of my life. For guys over 30 the color is a more important indicator than fullness, if you're under 40 and already have a lot greys/whites in your facial hair you might want to get your levels checked. Men with normal T levels shouldn't get them until their late 40's or early 50's.

Facial hair is more due to DHEAS not the testosterone. Also, fatigue in low testosterone has nothing to do with red blood cells

My testosterone the last time I checked was 464 ng/dL. I struggle with feeling tired all the time and also am skinny-fat at 115 pounds with no muscle mass. I honestly feel like less of a man because of my low testosterone. I'm 23 but have the testosterone level of a 50 year old man. I also don't look healthy.

I'm not so sure about that 3rd one. I'm almost hitting 30 but when I travelled to a different country everyone I met had the impression I was AT MOST a decade younger. Even the air hostesses hesitated to hand me a drink 😂😂😂 I could've chalked lack of facial hair up to a lack of testosterone, but in that country I travelled to I really bulked up and ate far more healthy, I could hoop for 4 straight hours each day (my usual limit is 2 hours) which, per ur video, would tell me that I had a large boost in testosterone. Then I'd say my facial hair had more to do with genetics than testosterone.

i've grown full side burns since i was 12, and a thin mustache since 13. these are purely genetical, and not at all a sign of high testosterone as there are people with high test, and no beard.

facial hair depends on genetic, weather, your aging is slow or fast,hormones etc., testosterone helps to grow body hair but not for every genetic

Hair imo is very genetic, i have good hair all over my body and beard as well, but i lack chest hair. The overall bottom line is if you experience morning wood almost every 2 days you have good testosterone level

Facial hair isn’t determined by your T levels. It’s determined by how sensitive the follicles are to Testosterone. Before anyone says anything, I have a beard

It’s DHT that causes male pattern baldness, not testosterone. You can have lower testosterone and still convert a lot of testosterone to DHT
