My bad has this annoying support bar in the middle so when I try to go around and pike I just hit it with my knees. It’s also not floor mounted so if I swing it wobbles. Any tips (I can do it when there’s not a bar in the way of my knees)

90% of it is genetics. My sister gets almost no sleep, drinks soda all day, eats so much junk food she weighs 350 at 5’4, can barely move, yet still has near perfect skin. Where as I am much more physically fit, and do many of these things yet still have acne covering my entire face
