what if you used a CSV file and all the contacts did not download?

Download from Mailchimp? You can try to download the contacts again. If you mean upload/import to Mailchimp, contacts that were not uploaded could be because they were previously cleaned from your list.

You’ll need to contact Mailchimp. They have very strict compliance rules that you must abide by.

How can I delete the individual contact?

If you delete a contact, you can't add the contact back to your list. In general, it is better to archive contacts who are unsubscribed. However, if you absolutely need to delete a contact, select the audience the contact is in, find the contact, and click the email address to view the contact's profile. On the contact's profile page, select "remove contact" from the Actions menu. A pop-up will appear to either select Removal or Archive. Select Removal, you'll then type in DELETE in all caps, and click Confirm.

My problem is the contacts are not "Subscribed" when I finalise.

Do you have double opt-in turned on? Or are the contacts added from Store orders?
