These type of projects are great for all ages - especially young people. To see the progress they make / made, while learning other things along the way :)

I’m planning to get a elgoo uno R3 starter kit & module kit. Can you make a elgoo starter tutorial?
@Science.Buddies Жыл бұрын
We have an Arduino tutorial playlist that, while not unique to the Elegoo kit, covers many of the same parts contained in it: kzbin.info/aero/PLlBVuTSjOrclb0iCMSRpS_H1lSrlSVeEm&si=-DoOuof7Kgc8EEBS. You can also browse our website for many different science projects you can do with an Arduino: www.sciencebuddies.org/search?prop=arduino

will this work with a different type of magnet?
@Science.Buddies9 ай бұрын
These projects generally require neodymium magnets to work.

Why is sanding just 1 side of the wire important in the second experiment but not necessary in experiment 1?
@Science.Buddies6 ай бұрын
It's a bit complicated to explain in a KZbin comment - we recommend checking out the written instructions for each project (linked in the description) that will explain the underlying physics of how each motor works.

can I do the second one with AA battery?
@Science.Buddies6 ай бұрын
We haven't tested it, but you can try with a AA battery.

You can, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I had a friend who did that once, and it turned him gay.

If it doesn't work, then try again or do it in a different way until you succeed.

Did you use copper wire? This doesn't work with normal (steel) wire because it sticks to magnet. Copper isn't magnetic so it wont stick.
