balance exercises WORK!!! I do face the wall, stand on my tip toes, focus on a spot at eye level on the wall and barely touch the wall with my finger tips, then balance and slowly move my fingers off wall, as soon as I feel my balance going I barely touch the wall again. This exercise has made an amazing difference.

Balance comes from a strong “core.” I studied classical ballet, then taught ballet for 20 years of my life. This is an important topic, thank you!

These will really help me. It's been 17 years since my op for cuada equina and I still can't go up on my toes on the right and my balance is poor. I've seen physios and podiatrists, they all say nothing can be done for my ankle and lower leg weakness, I reckon these will really help. Thanks Bob and Brad xx

3 simple... 4 balance, GREAT! I added closing my eyes to the leaning against the wall, while trying to pull self up safely. "ONLY" if you have another wall or such in front of you at (Very Close) proximity to reach out and stop your fall.
