4:22 a very smooth roll. I would love to see a tutorial on that 🙃 After having mastered the roll on the floor of course.

thank you Ryan, I loved this, I always include 1 leg balance in the over 60's yoga class, a lifelong daily training to help prevent injury as we age🤗

Super helpful! I was just thinking about working on my balance. I look forward to adding your mobility course to my routine when my budget opens up a bit more. I'll do this in the meantime. 😊
