I love Terry for his videos and because he always leaves a free buffet dropdown, where there are some proposals so you can continue investigating. I will buy that book. Thanks.

I think it is a good approach anyway, because the alternative will lead to serious disappointment and frustration

Terry I absolutely love your channel, I'm in the middle of selling my home and building a new one, info and tips off you are brilliant & much appreciated, any chance you can do a video on brexit and explain it in simple terms and the implications it could have on our economy..

@@subsoil007 It means that life is unfair and once you accept that you can get on with things and make the best of it and adapt; if you don't accept this, and expect life to be fair, you could spend a lot of time being disappointed and beating yourself up and feeling sorry for yourself. You get to choose your attitude, remember, even though you don't always choose your circumstances or external factors.

Although I must disagree with your statement that ''facts change'', that doesn't make any sense as if a fact changes it wasn't a fact to begin with. Also, we need to train ourselves to cope with the (actual) fact that people are pretty shit at times rather than becoming overwhelmed with their problems - empathy helps. Relativity and all that. It could be that I'm a cat person and you're a bird man (XD) but however; is aoibheann liom do chaineal agus deannann tu nios mo le do thoil. Slan chun mo comharsa cairdiuil, ta tu iontach!!

Pride usually plays a big role in us not being happy. It's like a drug, and hard to shake off when it rears its ugly head. It's the cause of most of the problems of the world today.
