Thank you! The reset button is a different location than the TSA hole...which is exactly where the tiny printed instructions said the reset location was in error. You saved me a whole lot of frustration.

Best explanation. The instructions that come with the luggage are not at all clear and various websites and links I visited state the reset button is on the inside of the luggage. The American Tourister zip lock is not the same as the Samsonite clip luggage TSA lock. It's the tiny reset button that was so confusing. This video guide was simple and straightforward. Was able to set the lock first time. Excellent! Many thanks.

Well thank you for the video the instructions that came with my genius pack luggage were not very clear. However I now have a problem. I did as you instructed, put the locks back into place changed the dials and reset to me new code and the lock will now unlock. I then noticed that the button you press first did not pop back up. Now my luggage is locked and will not open with the new code I put in or with the old . "000" don't know what to do now. Any suggestions from anyone would be helpful Thanks.

Doesn’t the lock have to be set to the factory or preset combination before step 1? I have a suitcase that I accidentally set without knowing it, now I can’t lock it and I can’t reset it. Any ideas?
