How to get yourself out of the procrastination cycle: 1. Recognise you are procrastinating and forgive yourself for doing it. 2. Figure out why you were procrastinating/ why you are stressed. 3. Think about what future you would want you to do right now. 4. Count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and begin.

Great video! What I learned and what has worked wonders for me differs only slightly: as soon as I catch myself procrastinating, I self reflect and ask myself, which emotions I am trying to avoid. I work through these emotions and then procrastination stops until another emotion blocks me and I repeat the cycle.

Their are various reasons why people procrastinate . I do not have to forgive Myself I have depression and suffer from insomnia. No pills do not work. Counseling does not work. You learn to live on 4 hours of sleep however the fatigue is a major motivation killer henceforth procrastination.
@Sexyloopy999 Жыл бұрын
Yes but no matter how tired you are, you can forgive yourself for being depressed and tired, you can identify why you are stressed and then you can still use the 5 second rule. Doing anything else is learned helplessness. You can do this, even if just the first minute. The minutes will add up. X
@Helena-eq9dr9 күн бұрын
Who do you want to be in the future? Ask him what he wants you to do. Write it down, so you can look at it everytime you're in doubt. I would recommend to love your self and take care of your health to begin with. Have faith and believe in You. ❤

Look into herbal remedies. Your body is out of wack hormones are not working properly , dont go to pharmacies. Go to sunlight, breath exercises , and COMPLETELY change your diet. Limiting sugars completely for a while , eliminating them if possible for a period of time. Fasts in the beginning will help. Then when you start again only stick with natural sugar, stay away from ALL processed foods and avoid as much shit that “conspiracy theorists” avoid. My mother has manor BPD amongst other stuff. I was “diagnosed “ with sleep insomnia and depression labeled a “passive suicidal “. I did all the things i just told you, and it changed my life. If you want to change, grow. If you want to grow, make changes that are in your control. “You are what you eat” but you are also what you do. Don’t avoid sunlight. Dont nap. Dont avoid the gym. Go. If you cant sleep , stay up until you need to sleep again. Reset your body , reset your life. Last but most importantly. Prayer and meditation, focus on your existence and experience in order to change it to what your soul truly desires.
