I love the punch choke details with the “punching “ hand , and the shifting your weight south . I have never seen it like this before . Looking forward to trying it

There’s a lot of great info in this video, I’ve been using the gangster lean and flying s mount attacks to open other mount attack opportunities. Got that punch choke a few times also.

The gangster lean is a great spot. Lindsey is really good at that and to watch Eddie play in that position is a work of art.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! I’m glad it has been helping! Did you get my course on how to stop getting crushed on bottom? If not, it’s free. If you like this KZbin stuff you’ll love this. www.nogihelper.com

I always struggle from mount when they protect their neck and keep their elbows GLUED to their ribs. I simply cannot get an arm up even if I try and "walk" my arm up. What can I do to improve my leverage?
@brandonmcninja5 жыл бұрын
Improve your angle and you’ll be able to get under the arms. Also remember if they shell up like that.... they’re not doing jiu jitsu anymore. Remind them you’re not hitting them because you’re a gentleman. Remember the game we are actually playing 😂

Can you use the punch choke with gi at tournaments as a white belt ?
@keithkavanagh68813 жыл бұрын
Probably yes but the ref might see it as an Ezekiel attempt and call you for it.
